today i learnt ,
from the skin doctor .

the perfect definition of
physical pain .

i broke my wrist before ,
twice .
i had countless times of insane
muscle pulls while gyming .
getting tackled , tao pok , speared
on the Rugby pitch .

but yet today on that comfy little cushioned bed ,
i finally knew the true definition of pain .

under the wrath of a little sharp needle ,
a pair of delicate fingers of the doctor's ,
with the help of my sensitive skin ,
and no anesthetic .

PAIN .

i spent these few days with some
mixed feelings bahs .

a dice of
sour ,
ache ,
anticipation ,
sore .

a spick and spat of
warmth ,
happiness ,
joy .

garnish it with some
exasperation ,
confusion .

but yet , moments of clarity .

dont worry ,
im not emo-ing .

how ironic though .
